Christian Gogolin works at the intersection of quantum information science, quantum computing, and many-body physics. Combining a broad scientific vision with strong technical expertise, he enjoys solving complex problems in collaborative, interdisciplinary environments. With extensive experience in software development, computational chemistry, high-performance computing, and quantum algorithms, Christian has contributed to over 25 scientific publications and delivered numerous conference talks. As Head of High Performance & Quantum Computing in Covestro’s Digital R&D department and Founder and Executive Board member of “Quantum – the open journal for quantum science”, he has led distributed teams and helped shape innovative approaches to scientific computing and publishing. Christian brings expertise spanning research, programming, leadership, and digital infrastructure development, alongside a strong interest in user-centered design and impact-oriented science.
