
Dr. Hanna-Tina Fischer

Hanna-Tina Fischer is a global health researcher at the Center for Global Health, Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin. Her work focuses on health policy and systems, with particular attention to pandemic preparedness, governance, and evidence use in decision-making. Drawing on interdisciplinary approaches from public health, political science, and anthropology, she investigates how knowledge is produced and mobilized in response to global health threats. She has over 15 years of experience in humanitarian and development contexts and has worked with institutions including the Robert Koch Institute, WHO, and UNICEF.
