
Micaela Alquezar, M.A.

Micaela Alquezar is a sociologist trained at the University of Buenos Aires with a background in gender studies (Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin), social and critical theory, and qualitative research. She has been affiliated with the Instituto de Investigaciones Gino Germani (IIGG), where she worked on projects related to sociological theory, gender dynamics, and ethnographic research. Her research interests include digitalization in care and the relation between technology, well-being, and identity in older age. She currently works as a research associate and coordinator of the project CaringS – Digital Care in Aging Societies (BUA, “Responsible Innovations in Times of Transformation”) at the Digital Markets Research group at Technische Universität Berlin.
